Window Covering Testing (WCT) is a sister site to Parents for Window Blind Safety (PFWBS) and is run by Linda Kaiser. PFWBS is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation engaged in the professional service of promoting window covering safety. PFWBS has become the nation’s foremost advocacy group for the elimination of all window blind cord strangulation dangers. PFWBS plays a large role in the development of window covering safety standards in Canada and the United States of America.
